What is BIOS(Basic Input/Output System)
BIOS is an essential set of program (routines) stored on a chip (ROM) on the motherboard of a computer.
It acts as an intermediary between computer hardware and its operating system. Without BIOS, the PC’s operating system cannot communicate with, or take control of the hardware.

BIOS conducts POWER-ON-SELF-TEST (POST), a built-in diagnostic program that checks whether the computer has all the necessary parts and functioning properly, such as memory(RAM), HDD, keyboard, mouse, etc.
This is the recommended method to use to access the BIOS is the function key.
How to enter BIOS via function key
Step1. Turn the PC off or restart (lenovo ideapad 320).
OR
Step2. Turn on your PC/Laptop.
Step3. The PC screen displays the Lenovo logo.
Step4. Immediately and repeatedly press (Fn+) F2 or F2.
Note:- Accessing the BIOS may take multiple attempts.
